How many agents can this server have ?

Im just curious how many agents this server can accept.

Dell T310

Intel Xeon X3430 64 bit 8 MB 4 cores 2,4Ghz, 8gb RAM , 500GB HDD.
configured with RAID 1

We are currently 15 agents that is making outbound calls.

Our core2quads with those same specs (ok, less ram) generally hold 25 agents. but it does depend on a lot of other factors based on how YOU use it.

MAX lines needed, recording all calls, codec, bandwidth available (if you have not hit your ceiling yet, but will soon ... you may need to change codecs and that will have a serious impact).
