for some reason in this part..
SELECT lead_id,callerid FROM vicidial_auto_calls where uniqueid = '1165600834.0' limit 1;|
is not getting anything and that is why probably is not getting the calls...dont you think.. need help fast please thanks.

First of all I do not see any transfer AGI output in the agiout that you posted.

Secondly, are you by chance using CentOS?

im using fedora core 4 like i've always used... what happens is that.. im logged into the softphone and when i click on login on the agc/vicidial.php the asterisk wont call to the softphone sayin that im the only person in the conference...

nope centos is not bad you just have to properly install VICIDIAL on it

all my installs are using Centos never encountered anything funny except of course when I forgot to install the proper kernel sources when installing zaptel

yes i have check over and over again the extensions.conf
i know what are you guys talking about.. but im not saying that the vicidial wont connect the call to the agent.. im saying that the vicidial is not calling the agent to let him/her know that he/she is the only person in the conference.. meaning that vicidial is not calling the agent after i login to the /agc/vicidial.php

And are those phones set to use the asterisk server defined in your servers section? check your logs see why it is failing.. from the Asterisk CLI do you see it ringing the agents phone?
