I have loaded a new list and the numbers in this list are related to all parts of the usa.
i have set the call time to 24 hrs .

what i need is does the vicidial will show the coustomer time ,
whether the vicidial will dial automatically according to the usa FTC regualtion
because the leads are from different parts of usa
what server time i need to maitain to achive the above.

i believe this is covered in the manual? (have you read it?)

first thing to check is whether the leads being loaded are being marked with the correct time zone upon load.

check your vicidial_list table and validate a few of the leads to see that they are, indeed, being marked with the appropriate GMT value (directly in phpMyAdmin or in a loaded vicidial list, check to see that the "counts" for the various GMT zones are appropriate for the list you just loaded).

then validate that the other settings for time zone are set properly for every module that accepts it. if not sure, press the (?) next to any field and read the comment regarding its use.
