Problem with login agc/vicidial.php

I have the following problem, I conduct the operation to create users with its respective login and phone login in USERS of vicidial, and PHONES of Astguiclient, but when trying to enter by http://XXX.XX.XX.XX/agc/vicidial.php, it shows the following Sorry warning to me, """there are no available sessions""", that I must do now. like extra information,
I have astguiclient version 2.0.1, in Centos 4.2

you need to provide some more info about your problem
which distro
using softphone or hardphone
which version of asterisk and vici
if softphone using software timer or ztdummy

ok
when the agent log in the softphone rings or not
if it rings and agent picks it up what sound is played back to him

when the agent login in softphone I have tone. and he appears to me registered in the screen of softphone and in asterisk when doing sip show peers also appears to me connected

have you added the phone extensions on vicidial?

Yes , in vicidial admin page, in Users tab.

No available sessions means that there are no available entries in the vicidial_conferences table for the server_ip your agent is logging in on.
