How to set up closers?

Postby ejaboneta » Thu Feb 03, 2011 8:10 pm

How do you set up closers? I'm a little confused about it and can't find it in the manual. I don't need detailed instructions, maybe just a list of steps.

first: make an ingroup or three.

then allow the user's privileges for closing, then allow the campaign to have closers and inbound.

at the bottom of the campaign screen choose the ingroups and transfer groups (check them all for now, you can change 'em later when you see how it works).

then be sure the campaign is not set on manual dial (ratio!).

when you log in, you should be presented with an extra screen for "ingroups" to choose from along with a "blended" button at the bottom.

"Closers" will NOT check the blended button. this will results in getting InGroup calls ONLY. Nothing from the outbound campaign. This will cause you to show as "Closer" in the realtime screen.

Then you can read how to set up "transfers" to send a prospect into a transfer group (which is just an ingroup but shows in the transfer menu if you chose it in the campaign definition). :)

The result of all that will be that you have logged in and will get ONLY inbound calls and transfers from other agents. That's a Closer.
