For larger databases if you want to use this patch I would stringly recommend indexing the first_name and last_name fields.

Adding a feature where you can also search by email or god forbid via city

Im trying to make the lead search a little bit more pleasing to the eyes.

This is a feature that won't be included in 2.0.2, but some of these related search features will be added in the next version.
