How to add carrier

Postby udfxrookie » Sun Feb 06, 2011 2:45 pm

I just downloaded the newest version of GoAutoDial and have everything setup on a Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Quad CPU Q6600 @ 2.40GHz w/ 3 gigs Ram.

I'm very new on this side of the Vici world and need some help. I have 2 users that need to dial 2-4 states MAX on the East coast. Once they finish with the customer they need to join with a TPV to verify them... What do I need to run this? I want to dial at 2 - 3 lines per agent, but still be able to do three way calling. What is the CHEAPEST carrier solution I could use? Should I be looking at something simple and cheap like VoicePulse Unlimited America for $24.99/mth (but would that enable the dialing plan I need) or InPhonex Residential ULTIMATE US/CANADA UNLIMITED WITH US/CA DID or even their World Unlimited for $19.95...
What should I be looking for is the big question. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

voicepulse wouldnt give you the unlimited for 24.95 once they verify that your traffic is not a normal office / residential line traffic. Remember you are dealing with call center traffic which is different than office traffic as your carrier would need a higher capacity to accomodate the calls for a call center than the office setup.

Ok, chose a carrier... now need help adding it. I'm completely new to this part so all the help in the world is great, lol...

Here's what they gave me:
http://www.broadvoice.com/support_install_asterisk.html
and

outbound_proxy = xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
DTMF = rfc2833
registrar_server = sip.broadvoice.com
registrar_port = 5060
ntp_ip = ntp.broadvoice.com
proxy_port[1] = 5060
phone_number[1] = <phone number>
auth_id[1] = <phone number>
auth_password[1] = password
outbound_proxy_server[1] =
proxy_port[2] = 5061
phone_number[2] =
auth_id[2] =
auth_password[2] =
outbound_proxy_server[2] =

and it goes on to 8 since there are 8 lines available... how do I set this up now?
