Need a carrier for 2 agents

Postby udfxrookie » Sun Feb 06, 2011 4:53 pm

I just downloaded the newest version of GoAutoDial and have everything setup on a Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Quad CPU Q6600 @ 2.40GHz w/ 3 gigs Ram.

I'm very new on this side of the Vici world and need some help. I have 2 users that need to dial 2-4 states MAX on the East coast. Once they finish with the customer they need to join with a TPV to verify them... What do I need to run this? I want to dial at 2 - 3 lines per agent, but still be able to do three way calling. What is the CHEAPEST carrier solution I could use? Should I be looking at something simple and cheap like VoicePulse Unlimited America for $24.99/mth (but would that enable the dialing plan I need) or InPhonex Residential ULTIMATE US/CANADA UNLIMITED WITH US/CA DID or even their World Unlimited for $19.95...
What should I be looking for is the big question. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

you should get a multi channel sip carrier that is paid by the minute, there are alot of decent carriers out there that offer US termination for less than 1c / min

Can you share some of the names? As far as I know, most of the carriers will ask for more than 1cent per minutes. I have yet to see those carriers with less than 1cent per minute without requiring you to spend 200 dollars per month minimum.

that would be because it is not worth their while to drop your pricing below 1.5 cents per minute unless you have some VOLUME. If you are willing to spend $200 / month you are a worthy client, if not ... you are barely a consumer and not worthy of a special deal.

there are a few around who will at least drop to 1 cent per minute (or close), but under a cent is hard to do until you have VOLUME.

especially if you are autodialing outbound, since those calls can be hard to place anyway (your answered call ration and average call duration can affect THEIR pricing, so of course they have to be sure it will also affect YOURS, unless they price high enough for it to not matter)
