Guide me for Dial Plan

I have install centos.then tell me the procedure of Asterisk installtion configuration and vicidial also dial plan of of asterisk server.

log on to "goautodial.com" and follow the installation instructions using the goautodial .iso created by Gardo for this exact purpose.
