Addition problem: AGENT STATS vs.AGENT PERFORMANCE DETAIL

Postby spacejanitor » Tue Feb 08, 2011 3:57 pm

Hey guys, running GoAutoDial CE 2.0 here. Installed it on my:
Processors
2
Model
AMD Athlon(tm) Dual Core Processor 5050e
CPU Speed
2.22 GHz
Cache Size
512.00 KB
System Bogomips
8860.09

So far I'm running between 5 and 15 agents on it. Everything is going fairly well, however I'm having some weird disconnect between the data reported on the individual agent performance screen (user_stats.php?user=admin) and the agent performance detail generated from the REPORTS section(AST_agent_performance_detail.php).

For example, there will often be more "SALES" in the individual agent's screen than appear in the agent performance detail report. I will sometimes even manually change certain entries from "DNC" to sale or something, and still they do not add properly in the performance report. It's as though certain call dispos get "stuck" and they aren't counted toward the final tally. So at the end of the day it's hard to get a good tally of each agent's performance. If I export the CALL DETAIL REPORT, it accurately shows all dispos, but it's still a big nuisance.

Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this?

Also, I have trouble getting proper dispos when agents use MANUAL DIAL, but that's a separate problem ;)

Thanks!

when you post, please post your entire configuration including (but not limited to) your installation method and vicidial version with build.

this IS a requirement for posting along with reading the stickies (at the top of each forum) and the manager's manual (available on EFLO.net, both free and paid versions)

You should also post: Asterisk version, telephony hardware (model number is helpful here), cluster information if you have one, and whether any other software is installed in the box. If your installation method is "from scratch" you must post your operating system and should also post the .iso version from which you installed your original operating system.

Similar to This:
Vicibox X.X from .iso | Vicidial X.X.X Build XXXX | Asterisk X.X.X | Single Server | No Digium/Sangoma Hardware | No Extra Software After Installation
____________

If we do not know the Vicidial Version With Build (GoAutoDial is an INSTALL package for Vicidial, 2.0 is the version of the installer, thanks for posting those, but we need the rest ...)

We can't help you fix bugs if we don't know which version you are in. there are bug fixes available for each installable branch. You can use SVN to upgrade to the latest version OR to update your version to the latest fix. Be wary that updates or upgrades may remove your ability to use the cool pretty GoAutoDial screens, but then again it may fix your bugs.

The VICIDIAL Wiki link at the top of this screen has a link to "SVN: How To" which will allow you to use SVN to acquire the latest code. In that code, you'll have a document named "UPGRADE.txt". Handy document to read. :)

Does this work?

Asterisk 1.4 (installed from GoAutoDial ISO)
VERSION: 2.2.1-237
BUILD: 100510-2015
Single Server
No Digium/Sangoma Hardware
No Extra Software After Installation

Are there any known bugs similar to this happening?

There are a number of weird things going, actually. Sometimes when I call a session ID (ie, 0860051) to listen in on a call, the agent can hear my microphone input, almost as if I barged.

Also, the agent stations sometimes randomly hear microphone input from other extensions. Some kind of wires are getting crossed here :)

If necessary I will update from SVN, although I do like the GAD interface.

Before upgrading/updating: try the regular interface that's already included. It COULD show the problem.

What's your server load? (htop shows server load nicely) Try to get the server load when the "unusual" happens.

If you decide to look into upgrade .. don't forget to BACKUP first.

There doesn't seem to be much of a pattern when the strangeness happens. I can be working with 5 agents or 15 and we seem to be just as susceptible to the issues.

One strange thing is that the admin screen shows 2 users logged in, although I have 6 agents using it and appearing on the campaign summary. I guess users are different than agents?

are your users sharing logins? (logging in as the same user will cause this issue sometimes)

Ahh ok, I figured that was the case.

Still though, I wish there was some discernible pattern to these problems. It seems not to depend on system load.

Does this look reasonable?

Average/Peak load for server: 21.7861 / 169

the first one i get and i know where it came from. the second one looks like it may have come from inside vicidial and i never trust that (as it depends on a database entry that may not happen during heavy server load ...)

how about we go back to the first one from top/htop/or wherever you git it.

You have a Dual Core processor, so the max should be 2.0. For "Vicidial" load, I've observed that anything over 50% is too much. So, 50% of 2.0=1.0 ... does your server ever go over 1.0 in htop or top?

have you STOPPED sharing user logins (and rebooted to be sure your system is clear of confusion?)
