Xlite not going to configure

all i have download ISO goautodial-ce-2.0-final.iso which contain following-:

Vicidial 2.2.1
Asterisk 1.4.27.1-vici
Dahdi 2.3
VtigerCRM 5.1.0
Sangoma 3.5.14
CentOS 5.5 as base (modified kernel as usual)

and installed in a fresh system.now i am going to access this server from windows OS.i am able to access Agent and Admin InterFace from this server.but when i am going to configure My Xlite on windows with credintials with like-:uderName-:cc101
pass:cc101
server-:myserverIP.
my Xlite is showing message -:Registration Error Request TimeOut 404
please help me how can i configure my Xlite on windows to access the phone from the server which i have made.

Thank you for posting almost all of your system specs! (You are obviously trying hard!). But you missed the Vicidial Build (similar to this: VERSION: 2.4-280 BUILD: 100912-0842, it's on the bottom left corner of the Admin screens).

Please confirm what you have under:

Admin->Phones->cc101
*Phone Extension: cc101
*Registration Password: ????

And in X-lite:
*Display Name: cc120
*User Name: cc120
*Password: (value from registration password above)
*Authorization User Name: cc120
*Domain: xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx (ip of your server)
*Register with domain and receive incoming calls (should be checked)
*Send outbound via ("domain" should be checked)

i have done this but still same error showing .please provide me full details how to do this.but when i am uncheck the checkbox with Register with domain and receive incoming calls.then it configured well but it make no sanse to do that.

If it will not register, you need to show the asterisk CLI in sip debug mode during a registration attempt.

also: is the agent's soft phone on the same local network as the Vicidial server?
