I know How to do Blind Transfer and It works Pretty Smoothly.

What I am looking is at :

Agent Speaking to Customer , Transfer the Call to the 3rd Party ,Then Agent Comes Out of Conference and Leave the Conference where as 3rd Party and Customer Keep speaking to each Other and then hang up Once done.

Possible ?

that's what blind transfer does. you described it pretty well.

I tried the Blind Transfer in this Way :

Agent speaking to the Customer.

Agent Clicks on Transfer Button.

A Pop Up comes in.

Agent Put the 3rd Party Number.

Clicks on Blind Transfer Buttons.Once he does so , Agent Gets the Disposition Screen , and "Line Gets DC, 3rd Party Customer gets Connected with Customer."

But What I am looking is at :

Agent Comes Out of Conference AFTER INTRODUCING CUSTOMER and 3RD PARTY and Leave the Conference where as 3rd Party and Customer Keep speaking to each Other.
