how many agent goautodial support

i want to know that how many agent this goautodial support in my company.how to increase the agent.is it depend on SIP provider,.

the number of agents depends on a great many factors. please list all your hardware, your installation method, your version of vicidial with build.

then list also your bandwidth available, the codec you will be using, whether you will be recording all calls and your network topology (are your agents at the same location as your vicidial server?)

that being said: most core2Quads can handle between 20-25 agents in most scenarios.

Dahdi 2.3
VtigerCRM 5.1.0
Sangoma 3.5.14
CentOS 5.5 as base (modified kernel as usual)

No Extra Hardware or software installed yet....

you didn't list any of this information. you listed the vicidial version but without the build and you left off the installation method entirely.

the information from the second paragraph wasn't even hinted at.

you've just asked a mechanic to estimate how far through a race your car might make it based on bringing in one tire. LOL
