Fronter - Closer

Hi All,

How do we use the fronter-closer feature? Can we set let's say our senior agents to become the fronter and route calls to them with the notes and updated information on the screen? Please advise..

Create Ingroup
Assign ingroup to a Campaign from where yr agent want to transfer the call.
Team Leader login as closer.
Agent does local transfer to transfer the call.
