hi its been almost 3 months now when my Main Single Server has been installed. I wanted now to do some maintenance to my Server but didn't know what are the things that should be clean or be deleted inorder to keep it optimal.

what I just knew is backup and delete the recordings and thats it

15 agents are using the Single Server

Any suggestions is welcome.

crontab -e

learn what they all do and why you should/shouldn't use each script listed
2) pay for a manager's manual! (your paycheck rides on this equipment, yes?) Free updates for a years (so when the 2.4 manual comes out ...)
3) /usr/share/astguiclient <- read all the scripts available in this folder, some are educational. most can be executed with --help to find out what their options are, ALL can be "nano" modified to read their contents for deeper usage information
4) /etc/astguiclient.conf <- put in your ftp settings and get your recordings and/or backups OFF the box in case of failure (nightly backup in the crontab -e ... with --ftp-transfer)
