where can we define user_custom_one...?

In the script, we maybe able to insert the "user_custom_one" etc. variable. Where can we define such variables?.
When we input the leads, there are limited field we can use. No custom field we can put special identification.

user fields are not imported "per lead", those are defined per USER (thus the phrase USER custom one!). what sort of information are you trying to pass through?

Thanks very much for the help. I am trying to define the agent name to the client for the appointment and put it into the script. Also there are some other information I may want to pass to the script.

Yes, agent name is an option you can easily add to scripts, just by following the tutorial if i recall correctly.

I am not using any special script writing method. Just insert some standard features into the script. I don't see that agent name is on the standard drop down list.

My question: 2.2.1 should be the latest release from vicidial group. Where did you get 2.4?
Anywhere I can find procedure of upgrading to latest version?

the upgrade to SVN allows you to participate in the developer's trunk which is presently considered stable but not officially released in large part because the documentation is not yet complete from what I understand.

Thank you very much for the reply. Just hope the upgrading to SVN version 2.4 would not break anything I have done for vtiger or setting in vicidial I put in.

backup everything before you begin. so you can go back if you are not pleased (not to mention the concept that having a backup is always a good idea anyway)
