Vicidial is a wonderful product. But I cannot see Vicidial be an CRM product. You are absolutely right about the capacity issue. For CRM, I am more interested in the ability to track every steps of the sales process and post sale's services for the clients and log client communication, documentation, remember email out reminder, anniversary, be able to specify the product and services, be able to customize information inputted/stored. If you can help getting those capabilities into vicidial, it would be a great product.mflorell wrote:And what would those CRM capabilities be?
One of the big issues that our larger clients have with most of the CRMs out there is lack of capacity. They have millions of records that they need to access and most CRMs, like Vtiger and SugarCRM, are not built to handle that many records like ViciDial is.
