Hi,
I'm using ViciDialNow for few months now.
All of a sudden this morning the agents making outbound calls are getting this message:
"Call Rejected" Congestion
Cause: 19 - No answer from user (user alerted)"
Help...please..

post your complete asterisk cli result
FYI
type asterisk -r for asterisk cli
make a call from your phone and the paste the result which got in the asterisk cli
hope you know how to use putty.

Meanwhile the thing got to work again..
Looks like my VoIP provider had issues.
Thank you for the prompt reply, next time I'll submit the asterisk cli with all data needed with the problem description.

That is fairly normal for Congestion ... either the provider has an "issue" or you forgot to pay your bill and they shut you off (or you lost internet!).
This should be considered a reminder: You should have AT LEAST three providers set up and tested and being used regularly (so you can ALWAYS just switch to another one in case of congestion!).
