Even after configuring everthing , when agent are trying to ligin, it shows PAUSED in Reports!!!

Start posting your versions! I have seen this with old Goauto code, upgrade if you know how. Also a lagged remote connection can cause this. This is your second issue ive seen so as mentioned, upgrade or reinstall...
