I am using the vicidial only for inbound callcenter.

in realtime screeen the vicidial showing the total calls taken by each agents from the begining of the day they logged into the dialler. wether it is 5day before or above.

not showing only the calls taken today.
am i am missing some configurations or it is default.
is there any patch to resolve it.

How many servers do you have?

What is your timeclock end of day set to?

Do you have a server that has the Timeclock end of day set in the astguiclient.conf file?

its single server
Time clock end of day is set to defautl 0000

in the keepalives section, make sure you set that in the astguiclient.conf file and those counts should be reset.

have you tried running the ADMIN_timeclock_auto_logout.pl script manually to see if it's "failing"?

this is what i got the result

perl /usr/share/astguiclient/ADMIN_timeclock_auto_logout.pl --help

you can force it (perhaps in a cron at the end of each shift?)

or check in the docs for the method to define shift ends in addition to 0000

The timeclock process doesn't actually do this, the keepalive script does, but it is triggered based on the timeclock setting and the time you have set for the end of day hour and minute.

I don't understand the question. You don't define the end of day in astguiclient.conf, you define it in the System Settings.
