How to Replace park.gsm with Complete Silence ??

it's just gsm file. replace the file with one that has silence in it.

I tried it with silence10.gsm but when I click on Park, Customer lines get hang up.
I did replace the name of the park.gsm to park_1.gsm and silence10.gsm to park.gsm.
