I have a closer campaign however if my agent sits on a server other than the one it is configured for it does not work

the lookup looks for the agent on the primary server but their phone is a different server so I get 'no agent available'

Well, much like the transfer scripts, when you want to load balance (or just allow inter-server transfers) you have to employ one of the load-balancing/overflow scripts.

For a closer campaign, you would use agi-VDAD_LB_closer.agi

For an inbound/closer campaign, you would use agi-VDAD_LB_closer_inboundCIDlookup.agi

there are examples for both in the SCRATCH_INSTALL doc.
