Got vicidial issues

When vicidial dials number or when we click "dial next number" ,
we dont hear a phone ringing and in

asterisk CL it shows

Manager 'sendcron' logged off from "MYIP"


But when we dial from softphone directly it dials o.k

whats the problem?
