Inbound DID Passoff to INGROUP issue

Postby pborm » Mon Apr 04, 2011 10:38 pm

I'm having a very weird issue. What started this whole situation was me getting a database is full error (forget the exact wording). After some searching I found out that it means that the database was full. So thinking that maybe there was too much call recordings I went into /var/spool/asterisk/monitorDONE/GSM directory and deleted a bunch of .gsm files. That fixed my issue and allowed me to get logged back into the system, but it instigated another issue. NOW, when I phone in on a DID to get into an inbound group, it pauses a bit then I hear dial tone. When I look into the campaign realtime view I see the phone number I phoned in with, and it shows up as still in queue even though I hung up already. After phoning in and hanging up lets say 3 times, I'd see 3 calls in the queue. Here is the CLI when I phone in...

When I go into the DID set-up screen and set it up to go to an agent that works fine. This seems to only occur when I try to send the call to an inbound queue. Any ideas on what might be the issue and how I might be able to fix it?

P.S.

vicidial does not have "inbound queues".

it does have "ingroups". which ingroup did you select after you chose to send the DID to an ingroup? (or did you forget to specify WHICH ingroup? 8))

also: always post your vicidial version With Build. :)

Yeah I wish it were that easy, I meant ingroups sorry. I did post the version actually...

OS Version: CentOS release 5.5 (Final)
Vicidial Version: 2.2.1-237
Asterisk Version: 1.4.27.1-1

I just threw that under a "P.S." at the bottom of the message.

At first I thought it would be the DID route. So I set the "DID Route:" to something other than ingroup and it works just fine. It would work just fine going there, but as soon as I send it to an ingroup I hear a second or two of silence then dial tone.

I had deleted some files in /var/spool/asterisk/monitorDONE/GSM

Is there any files in there that are required?? I've checked other base installations of GOAutodial and that directory starts out empty.
