VICIBox3.1.9 Cluster Install Problems - Leads Loading

Cluster info :

DB Server
HP Proliant DL180 G6 Dual XEON quad core 16 GB 1 TB
Kernel : 2.6.34.7-0.7-default
Installed Using : vicibox3.1.9 64 Bit ISO
Install Reference : VICIBox Cluster and Walkthrough Guide

Above server is dedicated database only

Web/Telephony server
HP Proliant DL180 G6 Dual XEON quad core 16 GB 1TB
Dual Digium TE420P (total of 8 spans)
Kernel : 2.6.34.7-0.7-default
Installed Using : VICIbox 3.1.9 64 bit ISO
Install Reference : VICIBox Cluster and Walkthrough Guide
Asterisk version : 1.4.39.1-vici
Vicidial Version : 2.4-299
Vicidial Build : 110214-0001

Above server is only Web/Telephony server in the set-up. No additional software's installed on both servers except ISO install

The set-up is being used for INBOUND calls handling. everything is working fine except when i try to load leads in a list that has custom fields defined i am faced with problem. After selecting the file to upload and selecting custom layout when submit is pressed the next screen doesnt show any fields mapping just Two buttons "Ok to process" and "start over". The problem persists in 3rdGen and Old leads loader. I have tried CSV, Tab Delimited, extension as TXT but no success.

However if I create a list without any custom fields and try leads loading everything works perfectly fine.

i'm not sure i have a solution for you ... but some ideas

1) try using the command line lead loader instead of the php web page

2) try a different file with a single lead on a freshly created custom list with a single custom (text) field

3) upgrade to latest (you may already be, i didn't check yours against latest version, just thinking aloud)

4) consider moving the problem to a VMWare server (install the same version and copy your db into it for "play time", missing the "other" servers won't have much effect on the lead loader functions for playing around)

@william: i tried loading using CLI and that works fine. The problem is in php something to do with mysql_num_fields() function expecting parameter to be resource and Boolean being passed to it

i note an answer to the first one, which is useful information.

the fourth one was more of an exercise you could try.

but # 2 and # 3 have not been addressed as yet.
