Why don't? Actually I've translated 99% of client and 80% of admin (not the help). I just add the rows at the end of the file with the phrases taken from the file "TOBETRANSLATED2.4.txt" or brand new ones created by myself.
Actually the worst is when you have to translate the reports, it's a real pain in the "ear" because you have to keep the same distance from a word and the other in report's columns!

Yes, if you just add lines to the language files it will process those translations as well.

In TO_BE_TRANSLATED_2.2.0
there is this line:
add-file: vdc_script_display.php
what do i do with that

towards the top are lines for every file that is to be put into the translations process, you would need to add that line if it is not already there.

if it is listed, it will be copied to the new language folder, the 0 will fully process the file, the 1 will only copy it intact with no translation done.

when i run build_translation_www_files
can i get output of missed translations?

how would the system know it "missed" a translation?
