Scheduled callbecks question

Hi Everyone,

I have problem with came beck scheduled callbacks when campaigns is set as:
Dial Method: Manual
Owner Only Dialing: User
No Hopper Dialing: Yes.
It works and set leads to users as owners leads, but when agent set status of leads to Scheduled Callback on the date and time to next contact callback not come beck to him (and to anybody as well like dead) I don't now while :(
This campaign settings is impotent for me because every agents must call only myself leads, but without callbacks it is very difficult. Any idea's what's is wrong?

Thanks a lot for help.

System was install from GoAutoDial CE 2.0 Final iso (goautodial-ce-2.0-final.iso).

please always list your VICIDIAL version WITH BUILD. single most important piece of information you can supply when asking for help with Vicidial. BTW: Should we move this to the Support board, or do you believe this problem is directly related to GoAutoDial (ie: installation)?

Please list the rest of the user settings regarding callbacks (from "Modify User").

Try setting agent call manual to 1

OK done but without effect. Reason is in oder place because result from my observation is when agent set on interface status CALLBK as last contact - system showing calender to set date and time to the next contact, adding to the vicidial_callbacks record with callback details but in the vicidial_list table putting as last status the "CBHOLD".

it will stay as cbhold until after the time has passed to call the client. then it will show as a live callback.
