Zoiper Audio Problem after installing Windows 7

i hope somebody can help me. i recently upgraded to windows 7. i redownloaded zoiper free but when i get a call zoiper pops up but i have no sound. i don't hear the ring or anything. any ideas?

Not to sound funny, but do you have a Vicidial Server? Turn off all your security software for a test to see if one of them is blocking (and if so, STOP installing all the cool new freebies with your new OS, LOL)

i only logged into vicidial for help. i do not believe unless it was inadvertant that i have anything to do with vicidial server except to hop on for help. i'm not very good at this though. i haven't downloaded any freebies at all except avg, ccleaner and housecall on my new system. i am so discouraged with windows 7 at this point. i went to tools and options and set my security to the lowest setting and tried. still no ringing on zoiper. did i mention that i can listen to cd's ect on my headphones? just not working with zoiper and they did before my "upgrade"

Interesting. Let's try it this way: What version of Vicidial are you using?

And did you mean to imply that this ONLY occurs when the disposition is "SALE"? Or did you mean after a long enough call for it to be a sale or some other situation? Can you reproduce this error on demand?
