Hopper Getting 0

Now and Then My LeadHopper is getting Zero.

No Change in any settings !!!

Server running for the past 6 months !!

Perhaps you could explain the issue with a bit more detail.

Are there leads available? Are the leads being used too quickly? How long does the issue last?

Leads are there.

Its Just that Lead in Hoper Keeps Refreshing every 5 minutes.

When Its Refreshes, Leads in Hopper is Zero and No calls dial Out and agent wait time Increases.

What is your Hopper level set to? How many calls do you make every minute? (Or 5 minutes, or give it to me as XXX calls in an X hour shift ).

Have you checked to see if you are getting random congestion or cancels on bunches of calls?

The script responsible for the hopper runs every minute on a default Vicidial install. Have you modified the entry in crontab?

i expect he meant "running out" and a translator got him.

"no leads in hopper" seems to return from time to time.

Bashkar was having trouble with it. I was trying to help him solve it and somehow contracted the "no leads in hopper" problem from him. I suggested adding a new list. It worked for me and for him.

Since then I've messed up some settings, and couldn't get the server to work at all, so, i used the basic idea - reinstall

Now i got "no leads in hopper" again and even adding a new list like before doesn't help.

2. Load testlist101 for the SECOND time - leads in hopper: 0
3. Load testlist101 for the THIRD time - leads in hopper: 10
4. Load testlist101 for the FOURTH time - leads in hopper: 15

15 in hopper, 20 in campaign.

so is the problem that you keep running out of available leads to dial for the campaign, therefore the hopper will also run out (because that is where it gets its leads ... from the available leads for the campaign ... without those, the hopper WILL run dry).

Doesn't sound like you have a hopper issue, sounds like you have a problem running out of dialable leads.

Yep, thats the thing. Load leads, Campaign screes says 0 leads, hopper says 0. Wait 5 mins (go smoke one cig) and lo an behold the leads are there (campaign and hopper). That is why when i try o fix it it works - for me doing stuff in vici takes some time, so it APPEARS what i did has effect. LOL.

Are you sure it isn't ONE minute? (The hopper loads every 60 seconds).

The Campaign Modify Screen should have the correct number of leads immediately if you refresh it, but the Hopper will only populate once per minute (on the minute, every minute).

I have More than 5000 leads to be dialed Out but Leads in Hopper get Refresh every 1-2 mins and get to Zero which delays the call to an agent.

Please Suggest a Solutions.

ReInstall is the Only option ?
