Is there (somewhere) a list of countries that the GoAutoDial trunk will handle "out-of-the-box" (and perhaps optional ones that can be added, if such a thing exists ...)?

That's a good idea @williamconley. We don't have a list yet of the "out-of-the-box" routes that we provide. By default the only routes allowed are US and Canada for security purposes. Other destinations can be opened upon requests.

Do you have a list of countries that you presently handle, or do you basically cater to the individual (if you have a customer, you find a route for the requested country ...)?

We have A to Z routes available. Too many to post in here. Hehehe! They can be opened upon request. You can check http://goautodial.com/voip-store/rates/ for all the destinations and their corresponding per minute costs.
