Agent getting directed to a Meetme session already in use..

For some reason I have an agent when they login, they are getting joined to a conference that another agent is already using..

Any ideas?

That means that the other agent did not log out properly. They need to click the LOGOUT link at the top of the screen and hangup their phone to logout properly or else you can have more than one agent in a session. Also when this happens the first agent is not really logged in so they will not get their calls.

simply closing their web browser does not log an agent out.

Yea strangely enough I logged out multiple times and still experienced the same problem, though I did not have the opportunity (before end of day) to goto the other computer and log them out and see if that made a difference I'll pick it up tomarrow morning as we are testing all week. Hopefully I dont experience this problem tomarrow.
