Need help to solve this problem

Hello,
I have installed goautodial, everything went perfect but i am not able to register my Sip account. I have activated my carrier. when i login to asterisk -r and then "sip show registry" its shows unregistered and gives an error like

are you able to ping google.com from the goautodial server

if not check your ip settings.

setup--setworksettigns.....

register your sip account in your xlite phone and see wether it is registring or not.

when you post, please post your entire configuration including (but not limited to) your installation method and vicidial version with build.


this IS a requirement for posting along with reading the stickies (at the top of each forum) and the manager's manual (available on EFLO.net, both free and paid versions)


You should also post: Asterisk version, telephony hardware (model number is helpful here), cluster information if you have one, and whether any other software is installed in the box. If your installation method is "from scratch" you must post your operating system and should also post the .iso version from which you installed your original operating system.

You may also have a firewall blocking your packets. Either your router or in the GoAutoDial server itself (usually it turns out to be your router).

HI All
Am Also having this same Problem I used this sip account in this same server for 1 Month it was run good yesterday i restarted the server now am getting this error not able o register in server . But I can able to register & making ourgoing call via Softphone in same network now not registering in Server ..

Thanks for your reply finally i got the answer The problem coz of Internet Provider I checked with Sip debug its not properly reched to Carrier IP They are doing some port block thanks

Looks like your carrier is offline or blocking your IP address. Have you checked with your carrier what's happenning?
