Problem with goautodial (error 9338)(9093)(9096)

It went everything normal in the beginning but now my sip account doesn't get register. when i do "sip show registry" in asterisk -r it shows that my VoIP account is unregistered. Even though my settings are very normal.
I get errors like

post your sip settings here

what you installed 1.goautodial or 2.vicibox

check whether u r able to ping google.com from the console.

if not check the network settings
type setup-networksetting (or)

in goautodial gui select admin--network settings.
