I have installed GoAutoDial CE 2.0
when i log in as agent i am not getting live calls and when i try manual dial it shows
DIAL ALERT:
Call Rejected: CHANUNAVAIL
Cause: 16 - Normal call clearing.
Please Help!!!

add more details, logs.
chanunavail - are you able to dial out manual?
also check the sample carrier settings. its very important for auto dialing.
