Latest Vicidialnow cannot create phones

hello, it is the 3rd time i retry installing the latest vicidialnow from iso
but every time same issue. when i start configuring test configuration by the full manager manual it seems to create phone in gui but doesn't modify sip.conf or sip-vicidial.conf. i have played with the permissions and the Generate conf files = Y/N, Rebuild conf files: = Y/N. still nothing changed in the asterisk. screen -r shows that all the pearl scripts running. seems to be all info i can find about it. please help me setting this up

The latest VicidialNOW is almost 2 years old. It has been superseded by GoAutoDial. Download the latest version here:
