Cannot Listen to the agents Gives

Hi,

I am having some issues. I could listen from the reports to the agen but then I downloaded new xlite version and now when I click the Listen link, it gives me
"Internet explorer cannot open this helper application for sip:086000051@192.168.1.2. the protocol specified in this address is not valid. Make sure the address is correct and try again"

I tried firefox and the same problem. I can listen in from some computers but from some I cant. Has anybody seen this before.

this is related to your browser add-on for your sip phone. not vicidial. perhaps uninstalling x-lite entirely and installing the old version again would help, or managing your add-ons/plugins to find out which app is now assigned to sip would help. but it's not related to vicidial.
