Problem with Vici Dialer :(

Postby sheikhatif » Wed Dec 27, 2006 11:11 am

Hi Matt

Hope u will be fine, I install vici dialer on my dual xeon machine and it was working fine means as a Predictive/auto, but today morning it gave me some errors :( the issues I am facing are here under:
1. When I use vici as a Predictive or Auto calls doesnt hangup.
2. A message "Noone is in your session / Costumer has hangup now " are appearing continuously even in manual dialing.
3. Agent was logged in and receiving calls through PD/Auto but still receives this "Noone is in your session / Costumer has hangup" .
4. After this the dialer dials 3 autodial leads for the same single agent and mix them all (it happens in auto/PD dialing).
5. Finally the call doesnt hangup and the costumer is still on the line.

So can u please help me to sort this issue out :(

regards

Your ASTupdate screen (AST_update.pl) doesn't seem to be running.

What version of astguiclient are you using?

Do you have the keepalive script in your crontab?

Do you have both of the "h" extension entries in your extensions.conf file?

Are you using FastAGI call_log entries?

When noone is logged in do you have entries in your vicidial_auto_calls table?

Do you have multiple servers?

If you are using 2.0.2 then you should be using the FastAGI entries in extensions.conf.

Also, if you are getting vicidial_auto_calls records even when you have noone logged in you need to clear those out. If they fill up again then you need to check your extensions.conf because you are most likely missing a call_log entry somewhere.
