Password Problem in GOAutodial

Guys,

I wonder how this happen maybe you can help me on this. This is the scenario, I change the default password in the systems settings and it is working fine, but after i tried to login either of the Phone extension or the user login, the password I created the other day is not working and when I tried the "test" password which is the default it is working. I tried to check the database and viciadmin, what I see is that the password i put is still there but it does not sync in the database.

What do you think to be the problem on this?
