Hi,
Once a lead gets put into the hopper, does it get checked to make sure it is a in a valid call window before it gets dialed, or is that check only done before the lead is placed in the hopper?
My client had an issue where call time was set as 8AM-9PM and they dialed a number at 9:08PM for the lead. I think the problem is that they have the hopper level set way too high, so the lead got put in the hopper just before 9PM but didn't get called until 10 minutes later.
Thanks,
-Mike

When the hopper runs normally it should be clearing out the out-of-time leads. Just make sure your hopper level is not set too high. It should be the maximum number of calls you expect to place in about 3 minutes.

I had the same issue. We modified the call times to give us a safety buffer of 5 minutes.
