Call Rejected:CHANUNAVAIL Cause: 20 -Subscriber absent error

Postby rickynivar » Wed Jun 22, 2011 10:45 pm

Im newbie on this. I just setup a goautodial server, i did all the basic confiiguration , i setup a trunk with a sip.goautodial account i created.

I logged in as an agent im able to hear the message that says im the only person on this conference, i dial my first call which stays a few waiting to connect to the number and after that a windows dialog pop-up saying: Call Rejected: CHANUNAVAIL Cause: 20 - Subscriber absent.

As i newbie i have not idea what this means and i have a question. My Account from goautodial was created but it was not loaded with minutes, even it shows 00.5 reminding , could be this reason?

Thanks.

You have to check to your provider if your account or IP is defined in their trunk.

Yes, because goautodial I think does not allow all IP's or accounts on their trunk. I have encoutered this error, I just contacted my provider and let them define my IP or account on their trunk.
