when you post, please post your entire configuration including (but not limited to) your installation method and vicidial version with build.

this IS a requirement for posting along with reading the stickies (at the top of each forum) and the manager's manual (available on EFLO.net, both free and paid versions)

You should also post: Asterisk version, telephony hardware (model number is helpful here), cluster information if you have one, and whether any other software is installed in the box. If your installation method is "from scratch" you must post your operating system and should also post the .iso version from which you installed your original operating system.

1) You should have started a fresh post, as yours is not related to this thread.

2) In the post you added to, you should have read this:

when you post, please post your entire configuration including (but not limited to) your installation method and vicidial version with build.

this IS a requirement for posting along with reading the stickies (at the top of each forum) and the manager's manual (available on EFLO.net, both free and paid versions)

You should also post: Asterisk version, telephony hardware (model number is helpful here), cluster information if you have one, and whether any other software is installed in the box. If your installation method is "from scratch" you must post your operating system and should also post the .iso version from which you installed your original operating system.

Similar to This:

Vicibox X.X from .iso | Vicidial X.X.X-XXX Build XXXXXX-XXXX | Asterisk X.X.X | Single Server | No Digium/Sangoma Hardware | No Extra Software After Installation

3) Where are you in the Vicidial Manager's Manual for getting you system going? (I Presume you downloaded the Manager's Manual from eflo.net and are following the tutorials to get your system online from beginning to end without skipping anything ...?)

4) Note that you seem to have generated two calls (one to the agent and one to the prospect) and the call to the prospect seems to be initiated before you have even answered your phone for the agent call. Did you hear "You are the only person in this conference" on your agent phone when it rang? (Did it ring?)

5) Also, I note that your call to 33385576680 has failed because you do not have a carrier set up to accept that call pattern. So I'm thinkin' you are not done with your tutorials. You'll want to go through all of them in order to avoid pulling your hair out trying to "figure it out" instead of just following instructions. Seriously. Do you HAVE a carrier?

6) Welcome to the party! 8)
