Thanks! It'll be nice to be in the main distro as a template for people to create their own web forms.

Not to complicate things, but now with 2.0.2 you have the option of putting external web pages in an IFRAME in the SCRIPT tab of vicidial.php as well. Look at the help screen in the scripts wection of admin.php for more info.
