Vicidial Manager's Manual is available on eflo.net. GoAutoDial is the INSTALLER for Vicidial (which is the actual software). So reading the manual for the actual software may help (a bit). LOL

most of the people here are looking to ********** your hard earned money by offering paid support, seldom does anyone here provide you with a real solution to a major issue or requirement, most of the issues you post are told to take reference from the manger's manual but the manual is helpful but limited.

not to mention the manual is FREE for the basic version. (although I don't honestly know if the IVR system is listed in it or not, but someone reading the free one and NOT finding it can certainly come back and say so! LOL).

are you saying it is not in the Manager's Manual, or just that you have not READ the Vicidial Manager's Manual (both free and paid versions are available at eflo.net!)
