YOUR SESSION HAS BEEN DISABLED

Postby garfunct » Fri Jul 08, 2011 10:22 am

vicibox 3.1.9
VERSION: 2.2.1-237
BUILD: 100510-2015
multiple server install

mssql
www
archive
pbx*3

Could someone tell me some of the causes for

"YOUR SESSION HAS BEEN DISABLED"

so I can understand what is happening.

load balancing (which we turned on last night and appears to have made things worse)
approx 15 agents per pbx have run as high as 25

I have 2 campaigns running one has no issues with the above error

the second way to frequent.

These are outbound campaigns

Not sure if this is related but i see like this in "messages" log

./messages.2011-07-07---170052:[Jun 29 20:30:16] WARNING[29668] app_meetme.c: Conference number '8600071' not found!
./messages.2011-07-07---170052:[Jun 29 20:31:14] WARNING[30473] app_meetme.c: Conference number '8600056' not found!

Is this normal/related?

Gonna be networking or overload.

Describe your network topology if you can, and show server load during "problem" moments on all servers (along with processor count on each so the numbers have meaning!)

Also: using "htop" or "top", do the processors ever "top out" on any of the servers? (ie: 100% at peak moment, which is every minute ON the minute? not talking about the averages)

I had this problem and for me the solution was that the agent logged in using another agents log-in information. The system does not allow the same username and password to be logged in at the same time. I just made sure the agents log-in correctly and the problem went away. Hope this helps.
