I really dont know why the calls not getting connected. if i dial from eyebeam i get this output......

Cause: 1 - Unallocated (unassigned) number.

so please help me to get this resolved.

register your carrier sip account directly in eyebeam , and check wether you are able to make outgoing calls

if the calls goes then check the wether proper codec is installed in server and the supported codec by your provider
