IVR on Outbound predictive dialing. possible on Goautodial ?
1 Upload CSV excel sheet,
2 Dialer dials outbound, much like any other campaign,
3 When the call is picked, the prospect heads a voice recording,
4 If he interested press 1 or press 2 to disconnect the call.
5 If 1 is pressed, the call gets transferred back to a live agent at remote end.
6 if 2 is pressed , the call gets disconnected.

you are looking for a survey type campaign
go to campaign detail screen , on the same screen at top you can see a link Survey
once clicking you will get a new screen as you requested.

Rather than starting a new thread I thought this would be a good place for my Question.
I have looked in the manual and tried searching here on the forum but what I need is this.
I have set up a survey campaign to run with no agents logged into the campaign (remote agents)
Now when someone presses 1 I need the call to be sent to an in-group or at least another outbound campaign...
Is this possible?
