Inbound calls isue

Hi Guys

Can anyone help with this issue, we have outbound calls working perfect with predictive and manual dial, we are now trying to get inbound calls to our dialler.

The problem is the calls get to the agent with good audio but call disconnect after 4 sec every time.

Can you HELP |||||||
