VicidialNow AutoDial troubleshooting sound phone

Hello,

When i use 'Manuel call' in VICIDIALNOW , call is Work !
when i use in my campaign "RATIO" for autocall, just me can
heart customer , and not her. l


Setup :

> Trunk to asterisk master (private adress)
> firewall is null
> VERSION: 2.4-309a BUILD: 110430-1642 ( ISO VICIDIALNoW)

Check / test.
> installed 2 SIP client account client directly to VICIDIALnow server , the call is perfect.

Make sure that you gave "o" option in dialplan. As if there is no "o" option then it will not work in autodial as vicidial will not able to detect that the call was answered and will not patch to agent.
