Ok rather than re hash an old post I’m going to kick this one off fresh.
Due to some contractual issues I had to postpone a project but we are now ready to proceed.
We will be starting a UK based call centre in approximately six weeks time, all of the carrier side of things is planned out as is the equipment we will be using. We will be launching with capacity for 15 to 20 agents, and using an IPECS call server. The vast majority of the first quarters calling will be to mobile networks, routed over ISDN, the VoIP channels will handle PSTN calls (landline) and redundancy.
We have no need for an autodialler in the early stages however we do require call recording, therefore it makes sense I feel to set up Vicidial in preparation for autodial campaigns and to cater for call recording rather than have a separate call recording solution. As this is an FSA registered Company compliance when handling customer card details is an issue and the question over CRM systems needs to be addressed at some point.
Sugar CRM was previously recommended by Bill Conley, but we are open on that.
What I would like in the first instance if possible;
1 Server Recommendations (specs) , for Vici
2 Suggestions thoughts for CRM
3 Methods of omitting card details from Recordings
4 Some Quotes On Setting up Vici
5 Any recomendations for people you have used
Some system details if that helps
