Hello Friends!

My server Configuration : Model (IBM X3250 X2) ,
CPU Intel(R) Xeon(R) ,X3330 @ 2.66GHz , Mem = 4 Gig, No additional Hardware. Using Go auto Dial 2.1 , KErnel = 2.6.18-238.9.1.el5.goPAE #1,
HDD 160 Gig. Without any extra hardware or software.


How to Look A Particular call history , ex- 124578965 .
Is there any way to put that number and take out all report against it , Like when and how much time this number was dialed & also the facility to download the recording for that particular number.

You can Download recording for any number with any type of given combination , like name + date , Name + date +Disposition , All calls record for a single or multi users. Etc .

You can download call histories with several combinations of status, date, campaign, etc... And you can also search for specific leads and go to the Lead Modification page to see all history for a specific lead as well as download any associated recordings.

If you go to lists and click search for a lead you can search a number of different ways, including who made the call (user) and the last status of a call (status)eg Sale.
There doesn't seem to be a date option which would come in handy, however it does sort by date (new to old).
Once you see all your leads come up if you click the lead id you will be taking to a new page where you can edit data and download the recorded call.

Would be good if there was a drop down box for status and user. Might look into updating that for my own use.
